  1. As promised, when you registered for the Postal Job Assistance Program, you are entitled to a Full Refund of your registration fee, If a candidate does not achieve a passing score in all four virtual assessments conducted for entry-level positions.
  2. If a candidate does not receive a job offer within 30 days after successfully completing the interview process.

To Receive Your Full Refund, Simply Provide the Following 3 Items

  1. Completed Refund Request Form (this form)
  2. Upload a Copy of your dated Exam Readiness Verification (ERV)
  3. Upload a Copy of your official USPS email/letter containing your score (below a 90)

    Your Refund Request will be processed within 2 business days of receipt. The full amount of your Program Fee will be refunded to the same credit/debit card originally used for the purchase. Funds will be credited to your account in the time as governed by the policies of your banking institution. DO NOT request a chargeback with your card provider, as this forfeits your right to receive a refund in accordance with our “Terms and Conditions” to which you have agreed
